User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How We Use Your Data

Our application may collect basic information from your Facebook account such as:

• • Your public profile name and ID
• • Your page or business information (if applicable)
• • Your email address or contact details (if provided with permission)

This data is used exclusively to provide and improve the app’s functionality, such as connecting your Facebook account, managing automated interactions, or personalizing your experience.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data associated with our application, you can do so by following one of the methods below:

Option A — Manual Deletion Request

Please send an email to info@nsdev.no with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Your request must include:

• • Your full name
• • The email address associated with your Facebook account
• • (Optional) Your Facebook User ID or Page ID connected to the app

Once we receive your request, we will delete all data associated with your account from our servers within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email.

Option B — Automated Deletion (if applicable)

If the app supports automated deletion through Facebook’s “Delete Your App Data” feature, you may initiate the deletion process directly from your Facebook account settings under:

Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites → [App Name] → Remove

Facebook will automatically send us a request to remove your associated data, which will be processed immediately.

3. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the intended service and comply with legal or security obligations. Once deletion is completed, all personally identifiable data will be permanently erased from our active databases.
